摘要
以微山湖野生日本鸣鹑群体的中性结构基因 Mpi- 、α-Gpd为对象进行遗传共适应研究。结果表明 :遗传共适应是影响群体遗传不平衡的重要原因之一 ,反映了群体进化历程中的重要信息 ,适用于种群系统分化、遗传结构评价和亲缘关系的研究。
Genetic coadaptability of two neutral loci (Mpi Ⅰ, α Gpd) was studied in wild Japanese quail populations which settled down Weishan Lake area. The results were as follows: Genetic coadaptability was one of the key factors to the genetic disequilibrium in the population and reflecting important information of evolutionary history. So it was fit for studying population phylogenetic differentiation, genetic structure evaluation and phylogenetic relationship.
