巯基自组装的压电DNA传感器技术研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用先将寡核苷酸分子标记上巯基基团 ,通过自组装技术将巯基修饰的寡核苷酸固定于金电极上 ,研制成的压电 DNA传感器一致性、特异性都较好 ,每次检测杂交后 ,经过电极的再生 ,传感器可以重复使用 3次 .用该传感器检测和传统的斑点杂交方法相比较 ,具有快速、灵敏、简便等优越性 . Self-assembled monolayer technology has been applied in biosensor or chemical sensor. In the experiment, the piezoelectric DNA sensor was delveloped employing the thiolated oligonuleotide immobilized on gold electrode surface by self-assembled characteristic. The consistency and speciality of the sensor adopted above immobilization method was well. It can reuse three times or more than three times by electrode regeneration. The detection method is sensitive, rapid, simple and convenient comparing with dot hybridization method.$$$$
