摘要
针对铁路运输项目的系统性 ,介绍了利用 O- D流计算新建铁路路网效益的方法 ,解决了在进行新建铁路项目经济评价中间接效益计算粗略的问题 。
In the newly-used economical evaluation methods, the network's benefit of newly-build railroad item's is inaccurate. Based on the systematic characteristic of railroad projects, working on the passenger's and freight's O-D(origin-destination), this paper discusses the method to calculate newly-build railways' contribution to the whole railroad.
