摘要
针对一种铟冶金溶液 ,研究了一种选择性硫化沉淀除砷方法 ,消除铟冶金过程中AsH3气体对环境的污染 ,考察了酸度、温度、时间及硫化氢加入量等工艺参数对除砷效率的影响。研究结果表明 :在较佳的工艺条件下 ,砷去除率≥99 1% ,有效防止了AsH3气体污染 ;砷与其它有价金属元素的分离效果好 。
A method of selective sulfurization precipitation for eliminating arsenic from a kind of indium metallurgical solution was studied.It can eliminate the pollution caused by AsH 3 gas produced in the process of indium metallurgy.The effects of acidity,temperature,time and H 2S added amout on arsenic removal efficiency were observed.The results indicate that on better process conditions,arsenic removal rate can be up to 99.1%,so the the method can prevent AsH 3 gas efficiently.Furthermore,arsenic can be well separated from other metal elements so that the slag producing in the process of eliminating arsenic can be used directly.
