摘要
①目的 探讨不同情况下硅油取出手术中切口部位的选择。②方法 回顾性分析自 1 999年以来各种硅油取出手术共 95例 95眼。③结果 采用巩膜切口行硅油取出 68眼 ,采用角膜切口 2 7眼。硅油取出均顺利 ,取油时间 2 0～ 30min .④结论 硅油取出过程中具体的切口部位应灵活选择 。
Objective\ To probe into the choice of incision in the course of removing silicone oil to get the best operative outcome.\ Methods\ 95 cases of silicone oil removal since 1999 was analyzed retrospectively. \ Results\ Sclera incision was done for 68 eyes and corneal incision for 27 eyes in the course of silicone oil removal. The procedures were smooth in all cases. Time consumed was 20-30 minutes.\ Conclusion\ The choice of incision for the oil removal should depend on different conditions of the patients.
