摘要
从军品对铝材的高质量要求出发 ,采用试验和统计对比的方式 ,对用穿孔针直接挤压法和棒材 -机加工生产的 管坯的化学成分、熔铸工艺、挤压与热处理工艺及其对产品质量的影响进行了分析 。
Military articles require high quality of Al Products.In view of this,chemical composition,melting and casting process,extruding and hot treatment process of tube stock produced by mandrel direct extruding and bar mechanical process and its effect on product quality are analyzed by testing method and statistical contrast method in the paper. The conclusion is drawn that qualified tube stock which can be further spun is provided by the two ways.
