摘要
目的 了解双相情感障碍患者患病前后所生子女的易患效应有无差异。方法 对 5 2例高发双相情感障碍的家系进行比较分析。结果 亲代患病前后所生子女患病机率无显著性差异。结论 双相情感障碍患者子女患病风险与其父母发病前后生育无关。
Objective To explore whether susceptibility effect is different between siblings born to individuals before and after they suffered from bipolar affective disorders.Method Fifty-two families with high rate of bipolar affective disorders were analyzed.Results The prevalence were not significantly different between siblings born before and after their parents suffered from bipolar affective disorders.Conclusion The morbid risk of siblings of patients with bipolar affective disorders is not related to the time of birth.
