摘要
目的 探讨骨水泥对全髋置换术后深静脉血栓 (DVT)形成的作用。方法 回顾分析全髋置换术患者 181例 (183髋 ) ,其中骨水泥组 10 2例 (10 3髋 ) ,非骨水泥组 79例 (80髋 )。结果 骨水泥组 34例发生深静脉血栓 ,发生率为33.33% ,非骨水泥组 5例发生深静脉血栓 ,发生率为 6 .33% ,两组比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 5 )。结论 骨水泥能增加全髋置换术后深静脉血栓的发生率 ,全髋置换时应尽量不用骨水泥 ,必需时应做好术前。
Objective To investigate the effect of bone cement on the formation of deep venous thrombosis(DVT)in patients receiving total hip replacement(THR).Methods Patients receiving THR were retrospectively analyzed.Among them,there were 102 patients receiving cemented total hip replacement and 79 patients receiving uncemented total hip replacement.Results 34(33.33%) of 102 patients receiving cemented total hip replacement and 5(6.33%) of 79 patients receiving uncemented total hip replacementdeveloped deep Vein thrombosis.There was significant difference betweew the two groups( P <0.05).Conclusion Bone cement may increase the incidence of deep vein thrombosis in patients receiving total hip replacement,and therefore should be avoided.If it is mandatory measures should be taken to prevent the formation of deep vein thrombosis before?during and after operation.
