摘要
目的 评估腹腔镜垂直捆绑胃成形术 (LVBG)的减肥效果并探讨肥胖手术治疗的适应证。方法 利用该手术治疗 2 5例病态肥胖病人 ,平均年龄 2 7 5 6岁 (12～ 4 7岁 ) ,体重指数 (BMI)为 4 1(2 6～ 5 6 )。结果 平均手术时间 12 0min(5 0～ 2 4 0min) ,未出现手术死亡和并发症。术后随访 2 3例病人 ,第 1个月减重均在 12kg以上 ,6个月后平均减重 2 4 3kg ,平均BMI降至 35。一年平均减重约 4 2kg ,平均BMI降至 31。无营养不良。 结论 LVBG是一种治疗病态肥胖症的安全。
Objective To assess the efficacy of laparoscopic vertical banded gastroplasty (LVBG) for morbid obesity, and to discuss the indications of surgical treatment for morbid obesity. Methods Twenty five cases were treated by LVBG in our department: 12 men,13 women, with a mean age of 27 56 years (range: 12-47).The mean preoperative body mass index (BMI) was 41 (range: 26-56). Results The mean operative time was 120 minutes(range: 50-240).There were no postoperative deaths and operative complications. After a 12-month follow-up, the mean index (BMI) was 31, the mean weight loss was 42kg.Conclusion LVBG is safe and effective in our study , but the long-term effect is to be investigated.
