摘要
研究了聚 L -乳酸熔体的流变性 ,并与 PET熔体流变性进行了比较 ,发现聚 L -乳酸流体为切力变稀流体 ,当温度达 2 2 5℃ ,流动曲线上出现了第二牛顿区 ;粘流活化能高达 12 3k J/m ol;随着熔体温度的增大 ,其流动曲线下移 ,表观粘度下降 ,非牛顿指数增大 ,在 2 0 5~ 2 15℃区域内上升速率较大 ,其结构粘度指数变小 ,同时特性粘数的下降高达 39%。
The rheological behavior of poly-lactic acid melt was studied and compared with that of PET melt. It was found that poly-lactic acid melt was shear-thinning fluid, and the second Newtonian area occured at 225℃ in the flow curve. The viscous flow activation energy was up to 123 kJ/mol. While increasing melt temperature, the flow curve moved downwards, the apparent viscosity decreased, and the non-Newtonian index increased. In the range of 205~215℃, the climbing rate became greater, the structural viscosity index became lower, and the intrinsic viscosity drop was up to 39%.
