摘要
目的 探讨来氟米特 (LF)治疗中老年类风湿关节炎的疗效和不良反应。 方法 选择 2 3例中老年类风湿关节炎患者 ,用LF 2 0mg·d-1口服 ,疗程为 12周 ,比较 6周和 12周的疗效。 结果 治疗 6周时病情明显进步 3例 ,进步 3例 ,改善 10例 ,总有效率为 69 6%。 12周时明显进步 5例 ,进步 9例 ,改善 6例 ,总有效率为87%。 5例发生不良反应 (2 1 7% ) ,表现为皮疹、白细胞下降、脱发、瘙痒 ,2例停药 (撤药率 8 7% )。无严重不良反应。 结论 LF治疗老年类风湿关节炎有效且相对安全。
Objective To investigate efficacy and side effect of leflunomide in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. Methods Twenty three old patients with rheumatoid arthritis were treated with leflunomide(oral 20 mg·d -1 ).The treatment duration was 12 weeks.The 6 week and 12 week results were compared. Results After 6 weeks,3 patients got obvious progression,3 got progression,10 got improvement.The total effective rate was 69 6%.By the end of treatment duration,5 cases got obvious progression,9 got progression,6 got improvement.The effective rate was 87%.Five patients had appeared side effects(21 7%) including skin rash,leukopenia,alopecia and itching.Two cases withdrew from trial.There were no severe side effects in all patients. Conclusion Leflunomide is not only effective but also safe drug to treat aged rheumatoid arthritis.
