摘要
研究了振动和噪声联合暴露作用大鼠引起的应激反应及垂体 肾上腺皮质系统的改变机制。结果表明 :在 1 30dB白噪声和 7Hz、0 .5g正弦振动信号实验条件下 ,暴露 45min ,引起大鼠血浆ACTH和血清皮质醇显著性变化 ,t检验p <0 .0 1。
Studied the effect of vibration and noise on ACTH and cortisol in animals.To explore the pituitary adrenocortical systemic transform mechanism of vibration and noise induced stress.The survey illustrates:Significant changes of plasma ACTH and serum cortisol have been viewed when the rats had been exposed to 130 dB white noise and 7 Hz/0.5 g sin vibrational semaphore for 45 minutes and t test( p < 0.01).
