摘要
以 ISO90 0 0系列标准的质量观为基础 ,对高等院校本科教育质量的内涵及外延进行讨论 ,并依据ISO90 0 0标准 ,对如何建立高等本科教育的质量管理与评价体系提出了一些看法 .
A good quality system is needed to improve the quality of undergraduate course education and train creative talents. The ISO 9000 series quality system standards are useful for building this kind of system. The connotation and boundary of quality in undergraduate course education are discussed on the basis of ISO9000. Some opinions are provided in this paper to build the quality management and evaluation system for the higher education according to its standards.
