摘要
私营个体经济是社会主义市场经济的重要组成部分 ,是社会生产力发展的重要推动力。本文系统地阐述和研究了南京市私营个体经济的发展现状及其对国民经济发展的影响与作用 ,从私营个体经济成长发展的产业特征、融资渠道、制度特征出发 ,研究产权制度以及信息不对称条件下制约全市私营个体经济发展的融资瓶颈及其成因 ,提出促进南京市私营个体经济发展的财政金融支持的对策建议。
The private individual economy is an impor tant part in the soc ialist market economy as well as an essential motive force in the social product ion forces. This paper gives a systematic analysis of the present situation in t he development of the private individual economy in Nanjing and its influence an d impact on the national economy. On the base of the industry characteristics, f und-circulation channels and system features, it also deals with the property-ri ght system and the fund-circulation barriers or causes, which, under the control of the dissymmetrical information, restrict the private individual economy. And the paper puts forward some countermeasures so as to stimulate the private indi vidual economy in Nanjing.
