摘要
城市竞争力评价在国内外已经有很多方面的实践和探索。在国内通过指标体系评价进行排序往往成为城市竞争力的评价的终极目标。然而 ,由于所选取的指标体系的不同、评价方法的不一等原因 ,使得城市竞争力排名受到一定的质疑 ,总体而言 ,城市竞争力的数字排名忽视了城市竞争力的分析。本文在分析国内外城市竞争力评价和评价方法的基础上 ,分别从区域城市竞争的纵向历史轨迹比较以及城市竞争力的空间横向对比两方面 ,对南京城市综合竞争力的竞争结果 (或者说是竞争绩效 ,Competitionperformance)
So far, evaluations of urban competitive ness have been explored and studied from different perspectives at home and abroad. In China, what the researchers or institutes care about is usually the ranking of kinds of differen t index. Due to various index system, and different evaluation methods, the rankings of t he urban competitiveness often come to be doubtful. One major reasons of this resul t is that those kinds of analysis ignore the analysis of urban competitiveness.Based on the reviews of urban competitiveness evaluation of home and abroad and the evaluation methods, this paper will start the Nanjing urban competitiveness from two perspectives. One is from the historical development of regional urban competition of Yangtze River Delta. The other is from the spatial comparison of urban competition: the nationwide, the regional wide etc.
