摘要
简要分析了港机主要结构件制造中焊接残余应力的形成过程 ,并对常用的调控和消除焊接残余应力的工艺措施所依据的原理作了评述。研究试验结果表明 。
It is analyzed briefly in this paper to the residual welding stress generating in manufacturing or repairing process of port crane's parts. The principles of common measures used to controlling or eliminating the residual stress are also discussed. The investigation on joining the steel parts under the condition of welding in less friction were carried out and the results show that it can prevent the existence of high level residual welding stress to the parts made of medium thickness steel plate (16mm) in some extent.
