摘要
介绍了国内车用柴油机的发展趋向及曲轴的几种常用材质,对球铁曲轴、电渣重溶曲轴、调质钢曲轴及非调质钢曲轴进行不同强化处理,通过综合比较其常规力学性能、疲劳性能、台架试验、工艺性和经济性,论述了车用柴油机曲轴材料的选择、强化方法及发展方向。
In this paper,the development trend of automotive diesel engine and several kinds of common materials of the crankshaft was introduced.The material selection,strengthening process and prospect of automotive diesel engine crankshafts were discussed on basis of general comparing mechanical properties,fatigue performances,bench test?processability and cost of nodular graphite cast iron crankshaft,electroslag remelting crankshaft,quench and tempering crankshaft and microalloyed crankshaft with different strengthening treatment.
