发展海洋文化是发展舟山海洋经济的需要,是建设舟山海洋文化名城的需要。应将海洋硅谷工程、海洋城市形象工程、海洋旅游工程、海洋文化产业工程列为舟山海洋文化发展的重点。
To develop the marine culture is not only the need of developing Zhoushan marine economy but the need of building Zhoushan into a famous marine cultural city as well. The key point of developing Zhoushan marine culture should include such projects as marine silicon valley, marine city image, marine tourism and marine cultural industry.
