摘要
本文简要介绍可持续发展的基本概念和内涵,对河南农业可持续发展提出了以生物性技术进步作为我省农业发展的途径,以农业产业化为方向的策略,并针对河南农业发展的现实问题,提出实现人口与环境的协调发展,加大科教投入,实现科教兴农,加强政府宏观管理职能等相应措施。
This paper holds that biology technological progress should be regarded as a technology approach of sustainable a-griculture development of Henan provinceand an organization form of agriculture industrialization should be its development strategy.Also countermeasures for realizing coordinative development of population and environment are made after analyzing realistic problems in the development of agriculture of Henan province.
