Experimental study on modification of pore characteristic of limestone by flash evaporation in a tank

摘要 在固体颗粒孔径增扩仪上对石灰石进行了闪蒸改性试验研究 ,用压汞仪对石灰石的粒径分布、孔径分布、比孔容积和比表面积进行了测定 .结果表明 ,在一定压力和温度下 ,闪蒸试验能够增大石灰石的小孔孔径 ,降低石灰石的平均粒径 ,增加孔容积 ,同时比表面积有所降低 .石灰石孔径增加能够改善煅烧生成的CaO的孔径结构 ,减少CaO硫化过程中的孔闭塞 。 Modification of pore characteristic of limestone was carried out in solid particle pore size enlarging apparatus experimentally. Particle size distribution, pore size distribution, specific pore volume and specific surface areas of limestone were measured by Hg porosimetry. The results show that the average particle sizes were reduced, smaller pore size and pore volume were enlarged, but specific surface areas were reduced by the flash experiment under certain pressure and temperature. The increase of pore radius of limestone can improve the pore structure of calcined CaO and decrease the pore closure in the sulfation, that will lead to the higher Ca-conversion.
