摘要
用不同剂量的低能氮离子束照射烟草干种子 ,研究低能离子束对不同品种的烟草种子萌发及离子注入后 ,种子经不同时间修复后对萌发产生的影响 ;同时研究了不同剂量的离子注入对烟株吸钾及钾素分配的影响。结果表明 :不同剂量的离子注入对发芽势、发芽率有较明显的影响 ,而且适当的离子注入剂量可以促进钾素的吸收。
Tobacco seeds of different varieties were implanted with different dose of nitrogen ion beam.The results showed that germination viability and germination percentage were significantly different.At same time,we study the effect about nitrogen ion beam implantation tobacco seeds induce the change of potassium absorptivity and distribute.The implantation with right dose had positive effect on potassium contents.
