摘要
用催化剂RN-10研究了催化裂化柴油加氢深度脱芳烃工艺参数对芳烃加氢饱和反应的影响。结果表明,在氢分压6.7~10.0 MPa、反应温度342~373℃、体积空速0.5~0.8 h^(-1)的工艺条件下可获得硫含量不大于300 μg/g,总芳烃质量分数不大于25%,多环芳烃质量分数不大于5%的符合环保要求的低硫、低芳烃的优质柴油。
The impact of process parameters on aromatics saturation reaction of FCC light cy-cle oil over RN-10 hydrotreating catalyst was studied. The result showed that under the hydrotreatingcondition of a hydrogen partial pressure of 6.7—10.0MPa, a temperature range of 342—373℃ and aLHSV range of 0.5—0.8h^(-1), a premium diesel fuel with sulfur content less than 0.030m%, a total aro-matics content lower than 25m% and a poly-aromatic hydrocarbons content lower than 5m% was ob-tained. Which met the diesel demand of environmental protection.
