摘要
简要介绍了 Multiple-output CCII(简称 MOCCII)器件的电路特性 ,提出了一个新颖的基于 MOCCII多功能滤波器的电路 ,该电路可同时实现一阶低通以及二阶低通、高通、带阻、全通和带通等滤波器功能。该电路具有很低的灵敏度。并且 ,电路还具有固有频率 f0 与品质因数Q独立可调、所有 RC元件均接地、便于集成等优点。
MOCCII is introduced briefly and an universal filter built by MOCCII presented and analysed. The filter is proposed which implements a low-pass, high-pass, band-reject and all-pass second order transfer functions simultaneously. With all passive RC elements grounded, the circuit of the filter has low sensitivity performance. SPICE simulation results are presented.
