摘要
我国企业文化建设中存在问题的主要原因 :市场经济不发达 ,企业缺乏自主权及管理水平低下 ;政企关系没有完全顺理 ;传统文化中消极因素的沉淀。要建设有中国特色的企业文化 ,可以采取以下策略 :1 .坚持以邓小平理论为指导 ;2 .继承和弘扬中华民族优秀的传统文化 ;3 .吸收和借鉴世界各国一切优秀文化成果 ;4 .坚持从企业实际出发 ;5 .
The reasons for the problems existing in building of corporate culture in China include:underdeveloped market economy, enterprises' lack of decision-making power and low-level managerial skill;disorderly relationship between governmental functions and enterprise Management;the sedimentary accretion of negative factors in Chinese traditional culture. The following strategies may be adopted: 1. adhering to the guidance of Deng Xiaoping's Theory;2. inheriting and coming forward the splendid traditional Chinese culture;3. absorbing and benefiting from all outstanding cultural achievements in the world;4. insisting on performing practically;5. strengthening ideological and political work.
