蜂胶、茶叶、丁香组方对变形链球菌抑制作用的实验研究 被引量:8

摘要 目的 :通过实验找出蜂胶、茶叶、丁香提取物及其组方对变形链球菌的抑制作用规律 ,从而为龋病防治提供科学依据。方法 :用正交设计观察不同浓度上述 3种药物的提取物及其组方对变形链球菌生长、产酸能力的影响。结果 :蜂胶、茶叶、丁香提取物均有抑制变形链球菌作用 ,蜂胶醇提物、绿茶水提物抑制变形链球菌的最适浓度分别是 36g/L和 13.5g/L。 36 g/L ,蜂胶醇提物与13.5g/L绿茶水提物配伍后是抑制变形链球菌的最佳组方。结论 :上述结果提示蜂胶、茶叶、丁香将是很有开发价值的天然防龋药物。 Objective:To investigate the rule of inhibitory activities of bee gel,tea,syzygium aromaticum extracts their compositions on streptococcus mutans.Methods:A cross-over trial was designed to observe the effects of these three kinds of extracts and their compositions on the growth and acid production capability of streptococcus mutans.Results:The present study showed that all the extracts can inhibit streptococcus varinas,with an optimum concentration of 36 g/L and 13.5 g/L for bee gel's ethanol extract and tea's water extract,respectively.Combination of 36 g/L bee gel and 13.5 g/L tea extracts possessed the best inhibilory action against streptococcus mutans.Conclusion:Our findings suggest that bee tel,tea,and syxygium aromaticum are valuable natural drugs against decayed teeth and worth to be developed.
