摘要 最近实验指出中微子有质量 ,意味着中微子有结构和振荡 ,则中微子必有因结构性导致的“反常荷” .轻子的“反常质量”、“反常电荷”是轻子亚夸克动态模型的可观测效应 .假定同代轻子“反常质量”近似相等 ,但随代数而变 .把天体 粒子的质量和半径统一计算式中mve,rve,me,re 加以“反常质量”修正后推广到二、三两代轻子的情形 ,算出“反常电荷” ,与轻子的亚夸克动态模型给出的“反常电荷”相结合 ,可得轻子形变的有效相对线度变化值 Δrr 轻子.表明中微子ve、电子e可视为可压缩性极小的量子液滴 . It is proved by the latest experiment that a neutrino has mass, which means a neutrino has structure and oscillation and hereafter a neutrino has necessarily 'anomolous charge' caused by the structure. 'Anomolous mass' and 'anomolous charge' of a lepton are observable effects of the dynamic state model of the sub quark of leptons. Given the 'anomolous mass' of same generation being approximately equal but changing with different generations of leptons, m υ e , r υ e , m e and r e in the unified calculation formula of mass radius of heaven body particle being corrected and replaced by 'anomolous mass' and generalized to the second generation and the third one, and 'anomolous charge' being calculated and combined with 'the anomolous charge' derived from the dynamic state model of subquark of lepton, the effective and relative line length deformation value Δrr lepton  can be got, which shows neutrino υ e and electron e can be regarded as quantum drops of liquid of having little compressibility.
