柴油、甲醇和水三组元乳化液流变特性的研究 被引量:5

摘要 对柴油、甲醇和水三组元乳化液的流变特性进行了研究 .实验发现 ,乳化液在本实验的组分配比下近似为牛顿流体 ,而且乳化剂的种类、含量以及乳化液的组分均对乳化液的流变特性具有显著的影响 .对于组分相同的乳化液 ,乳化液的粘度随着乳化剂含量和粘度的增加而增加 ;当乳化剂的含量和粘度相同时 ,若甲醇和水之间的相对质量分数保持不变 ,减少乳化液中柴油的质量分数(不少于 5 0 % ) ,乳化液的粘度随之增加 .水和甲醇的含量对乳化液粘度的影响比较复杂 。 Rheological characteristics of the emulsions made of diesel fuel, methanol and water are studied. The corresponding experimental results show that the emulsions appear as proximately Newtonian fluids in the experimental composition. The rheological characteristics of the emulsions are significantly dependent on the different kinds and different percentages of emulsifying agents, and they are greatly influenced by the composition of an emulsion. For the emulsions with the same composition, the higher the percentage and/or the viscosity of emulsifying agents added into the emulsions is, the higher the viscosity of the emulsion is. If the ratio of methanol to water in the emulsion is constant, the lower the percentage of diesel fuel is, the higher the viscosity of emulsion is. When the percentage and viscosity of emulsifying agents is the same and the diesel fuel is more than 50% of emulsion, the influence of the percentages of methanol and water on the viscosity of emulsion is more complex, and further studies are needed.
