摘要 研究了乙二胺羟丙基壳聚糖固定化 L -天门冬酰胺酶反应动力学性能。分别考察了固定化酶耐胃蛋白酶性能、保存条件对固定化酶活力的影响、固定化酶的米氏常数 Km以及固定化酶在缓冲液中间歇催化底物和连续催化底物的反应动力学性能。结果表明 ,在适当的间歇和连续反应条件下 。 The reaction properties for the immobilized L aspara ginase with ethylenediamine hydroxypropyl chitosan were studied in this paper. The effects of store condition on the activity of the immobilized enzyme was inv estigated.For the immobilized enzyme,the K m value, the property of resisting protease, the bath reaction kinetics and the continuous reaction kinetics in bu ffers were studied. The results show that, under the proper react ion condition, the immobilized enzyme posseses good properties for hydrating asparagin both in batch and in continuous type.
