摘要
目的 探讨留居高原不同时间官兵胆红素、血脂和酶的变化规律及意义。方法 将 14 0名官兵按留居高原时间分为 1组 (0 5~ 1年 ,n =5 0 )、2组 (2~ 4年 ,n =30 )、3组 (5~ 10年 ,n =30 )、4组 (>10年 ,n =30 )。检测其血清总胆红素(T Bil)、直接胆红素 (D Bil)、甘油三脂 (TG)、总胆固醇 (TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (HDL C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇 (LDL C)、丙氨酸氨基转换酶 (ALT)、门冬氨酸氨基转换酶 (AST)、γ 谷氨酰转移酶 (γ GT )、碱性磷酸酶 (ALP)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)和肌酸激酶 (CK)。结果 与 1组和 2组比较 ,3组和 4组T Bil显著下降 (P <0 .0 1)、TC增高 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;与 4组比较 ,1组CK显著增高 (P <0 .0 1) ;与 1组比较 ,4组AST增高 (P <0 .0 5 )。D Bil,TG ,HDL C ,LDL C ,LDH ,ALP ,γ GT和ALT在各组间差异均无显著性 (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 T Bil减低和TC及AST增高 ,可能与留居高原罹患冠心病风险增加有关 ;
Objective To explore the variational regularities and significance of the biochemistry multi item of the soldiers to live in plateau Methods According to time in plateau 140 soldiers are divided into 4 groups: 1 st group (0.5~1 year, n =50), 2 nd group (2~4 years, n =30), 3 rd group (5~10 years, n =30) and 4 th group (>10 years, n =30) The levels of total bilirubin (T Bil), direct bilirubin (D Bil), triglycerides (TG), total chelesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein (HDL C), low density lipoprotein (LDL C), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST), gamma glutemyl transferase (γ GT), alkaline phosphatase (ALP), lactie dehydrogenase (LDH) and creatine kinase (CK) in their serum were determined Results Significant decreases of the levels of T Bil ( P <0.01) and significant increases of TC ( P <0.05) in the 3 rd group and the 4 th group compared with those in the 1 st group and 2 nd group Significant increases of CK ( P <0.05) in the 1 st group compared with that in the 4 th group Increases of AST ( P <0.05) in the 4 th group compared with that in the 1 st group No significant differences were observed in the levels of D Bil, TG, HDL C, LDL C, LDH, ALP, γ GT and AST between all observed groups ( P >0.05) Conclusion The decreases of the levels of T Bil and the increases of the levels of TC and AST in serum might be associated with the increase of the risk of the prevalence of coronary artery disease (CAD) among soldiers in plateau The increases of serum CK have probably relationship with deficiency oxygen to enter plateau new and strength of physical agility training
