摘要
目的:验证比浊法测定氯霉素效价方法可行性。方法:建立比浊法测定氯霉素含量,并将比浊法测定的结果与扩散法、高效液相法、紫外分光法结果相比较。结果:比浊法、扩散法、高效液相法结果一致。结论:比浊法测定氯霉素效价快速、可行。
Objective; To verify the feasibility of a method for determining the liter of chloramphenicol injection by turbidimetry. Method: The result determined by turbidimetry was compared with that by diffusion, HPLC, and UV-Spectrophotometry. Result: The result of turbidimetry was consistent with that of diffusion and HPLC. Conclusion: The liter of chlormphenicol injection determined by turbidimetry is rapid and feasible.
