摘要
已有资料表明,脑干内与心血管活动密切相关的蓝斑核(Locus coeruleus,LC)与针刺某些穴位所引起的升压反应有关。本实验采用电损毁和 LC 内微量注入药物的方法进一步探讨了 LC 核及核内某些递质在针刺清醒麻痹低血压大鼠'人中'穴所致升压中的作用。
Electracupuncture of the'Renzhong'points ofthe hypotensive rats induced by overventilation cou-ld cause significant pressor response.After the bi-lateral locus coeruleus (LC) having been destroyedby electric current the pressor response decreased ordisapeared.The experiment of microinjection of dru-gs into the LC demonstrated that endogenos acetylch-oline in the LC may play an inportant role in thepressor response,while the endogenous norepinephri-ne had no significant effect.
