摘要
通常在药敏试验中皮内注射的剂量为 0 1ml,但在实际操作中注射所得皮丘的大小接近于阳性标准的大小 ,影响了对结果的判断及药敏试验的药量。为此 ,在教材规定范围内设计了不同剂量 ,不同注射部位的皮内注射实验。实验证实 ,注射剂量、注射部位及性别因素 ,均对皮丘直径的大小有明显影响。结论皮内注射的剂量以 0 0 5ml为宜 ,注射部位以腕中横纹上约 4～ 5cm正中为宜。
The quantity of ID is 0.1ml, but the diameter of ID's skin rash is close to positive standard (1cm) in real practice that affected the degree of accuracy for assess of result and the quantity of drug. The author designed the experiment that within the limits permitted by nursing textbook, this experiment had different quantity and different places of injection with different sex. The result of the experiment confirmed that the suitable quantity of ID was 0.05ml and the right place of injection was on the cross-place where the middle wrist striation up to 4～5cm on its middle line.
