摘要
目的临床分析36例患者手部电烧伤创面岛状皮瓣修复结果。方法本组男性患者24例,女性12例,共40只手。应用手部5种岛状皮瓣修复48块创面。早期行局部减张术,术前、术后采用小分子右旋糖酐及血管活性药物处理。结果皮瓣全部成活,大部分皮瓣感觉功能恢复,且转移灵活,外观好,优于其它皮瓣。结论岛状皮瓣在手部应用,具有皮瓣薄,血运好,功能恢复好等优点。早期清创及改善血运,是确保皮瓣转移后手功能恢复的关键。
Objective To analyse the treatment of 36 cases of hand electrical injuries with island hand flap.Methods 36 patients with 40 electrical injuried hands or 48 wounds,were treated with five kinds of island flap from different parts of the hand.In addition,debridement was performed at an early stage.Some drugs were used before and after operation for improvement of microcirculation.Results All the flaps survived completely with satisfactory cosmetic results and good sensibility. Conclusion Island flap has several advantages in the hand reconstruction,including thin flap,reliable blood supply and good function.The key points for the successful functional recovery is an early debriment and improvement of blood supply at the recipent area.
