摘要
测定了心气虚证患者红细胞超氧化精歧化酶活性与血清过氧化脂质含量,发现:与正常健康人比较,心气虚证患者红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性显著降低而血清过氧化脂质含量显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.01),提示:红细胞超氧化物歧化酶活性降低,血清过氧化脂质含量升高与心气虚证密切相关。
The changes of SOD and LPO in heart deficient patients were determined and found that SOD activity decreased and LPO concentration increased significantly compared to normal control(P<0.01).It suggested that the decrease of SOD and increase of LPO be associated with the deficiency of heart-energy.
