摘要
本文综述了新型白三烯受体阻滞剂及磷酸二酯酶抑制剂异丁司特的药理作用、药动学、临床应用、药物相互作用、不良反应的研究进展。异丁司特具有抗哮喘、抑制血小板聚集、保护中枢等作用。药动学研究显示其吸收迅速,容易代谢排出,耐受性较好,是抗哮喘及治疗脑血管疾病的一种新型药物。
Ibudilest has vasodilating,anti-platelet,anti-leukotriene and neuronal protection effects,and is widely used for bronchial asthma and cerebrovascular disorders.The pharmacokinetic studies showed its characteristics of rapid absorption and elimination and better tolerability.This paper reviews recent progressions in the investigations of pharmacology,pharmacokinetics,pharmacotherapy,drug interactions and adverse events of the novel antileukotrienes and phosphodiesterase inhibitor ibudilast.
