量子血疗(QOB)的血氧和微循环即刻效应研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文动态监测QOB治疗的血氧和微循环改变,以了解其即刻效应。检查结果表明:QOB能迅速提高PaO_2,均值为1.5kPa,逐步在30分钟内达最高点,缺氧愈明显提高愈快。此外伴有局部皮温升高和微循环的改善。复习文献,作者认为:即刻效应是乘积效应,因而具有理论和实际的价值。 The blood oxygen and microcirculation were continuely observed by combined methods during the QOB treatment in order to understand the early effect. The results showed that QOB can obviously increased the PaO2 by the mean value of 1-5 kPa;but the peak was gradualy reached significantly in 30 min . The lower the blood oxygen ,the larger the increased range. It was associated that the skins temperatrue rised and the microcirculation was improved. Reviewing refferances,we thought that early effect may be mutiplica-tion other than addition,so that it has both practical and theoretic values.
