摘要
硫酸盐(SO_4^(2-))是普遍存在于空气中的二次污染物,以气溶胶的形式存在于空气中,性质比较稳定,毒作用较 SO_2大,近年来在环境质量评价中已引起各国重视。但到目前为止,国内有关检验方法,多为测定总硫酸根,不能代表硫酸盐的真实水平。本文提出用异丙醇—无水乙醇去除硫酸雾(除硫酸雾效率平均为99.3%)后,用淋洗液(0.0024M Na_2CO_3 0.003M NaHCO_3)溶解样品,使硫酸盐(包括一些难溶盐如 PbSO_4BaSO_4等)溶于淋洗液中,用离子色谱测定 SO_4^(2-)离子。以保留时间定性,以峰高定量,在一定范围内硫酸盐浓度与其电导值成正比。本法不受其它阴离子的干扰。测定范围8.0~800μgSO_4^(2-)/M^3。实验室回收率平均为95.3%,现场回收平均为94.1%;经t检验二者无差异。

It has the still property,Its poison is more effect than SO.SO<sub>4</sub><sup>2-</sup> has been attentioned in the elevation of env- ironment quality by some counties.But so far,most of hygienic determination method of SO<sub>4</sub><sup>2-</sup> in our country is measure inorganic sulfate ion,this method doesn<sup>-</sup>t present the realy level of SO<sub>4</sub><sup>2-</sup>.This article reported that isce-propylcohol --- Ethyl alcohol, absolute removed the fog of inorganic sulfate(average efficiency 99.3%),then used the washing solution (0.0024M Na<sub>2</sub>CO<sub>3</sub> and 0.003M NaHCO<sub>3</sub>)dissolved the sample and made SO<sub>4</sub><sup>-2</sup> (incl de some not dissolved hard SO<sub>4</sub><sup>-2</sup>,such as PbSO<sub>4</sub><sup>-2</sup>,BaSO<sub>4</sub><sup>-2</sup> ect).dis- solved in the wash solution.Ion chromatographic method determined SO<sub>4</sub><sup>-2</sup> The remain time.is as qualitative The highpeak is asqualitative.In some sphere,the concentration of inorganic sulfate electri- city valve ie direction ratio.This method is not disturbed by the other ion.
