摘要
虚拟科技园和它的组织结构是对实体科技园区及其组织结构的重大突破,集群理论是虚拟科技园规划的理论基础,信息网络技术则是其规划与建设的支撑条件。本文在阐述集群理论内涵和实践的基础上,探讨了集群理论的突破同虚拟科技园规划与建设的关系,并以大连虚拟科技园发展规划项目的研究为例,对虚拟科技园规划与建设的必要性及其园区的网络特征、组织模式、模式特点等进行分析与论证。由此,为我国虚拟科技园区的建设和发展提供较完善的理论指导和实践经验。
The virtual science-technology park (VSTP) and its organization are a significant breakthrough of the actual one. The cluster theory is the theoretical base for its planning, whereas the information network technique is the supporting conditions for its planning and construction. With expounding of the content and practice of cluster theory, this paper probes into the breakthrough of the cluster theory and the relation between the planning and construction of VSTP. Emphasizing on the study of the planning and development project of Dalian VSTP, it also analyses and discusses the necessity of planning and construction of this park, the characteristics of the network, and the organization models and their characteristics. Thus this paper, to some extent, would develop the theory and experience of VSTP in China.
