摘要
武汉城市圈综合配套改革试验区的获批对中部崛起具有重要意义,而制度缺失是制约中部崛起的瓶颈之一。本文基于区域制度移植的视角,在借鉴国内外改革试验区及城市圈建设经验的基础上,提出可供武汉城市圈综合配套改革参考的思路与对策。
The comprehensive supplementary reform of Wuhan metropolitan area is the Fourth-test Area during the China's reform, and is of great significance for the central China. However, the constraints of central China are the deficiencies of system. Based on the regional system transplantation, learning experience from the test area and city circle home and abroad, the reform was supported and some countermeasures were brought out.
