服务型政府就必要千方百计地维护人民的生命财产安全。在大变革的时代背景下,正确认识公共部门危机管理的特点,提高政府应急管理能力,无疑是构建服务型政府的必然要求。这需要从意识灌输、管理机构、协调机制、社会参与和信息发布几个方面入手。
The Service Government means the protection of life and property of people from damage by any means possible.Under the background of renovation,it's necessary to understand the characteristic of crisis control,to upgrade the government's ability of crisis control.for the construction of the Service Government,This can start with consciousness change,management institution,coordinated mechanism,the mass,participation and the information spread.
