摘要
目前,我国正处于社会转型期,市场经济及与之配套的社会保障、相关政策制度还不完善,造成社会资源越来越集中到少数人手中导致贫富悬殊,使相当多的一部分人沦为社会的弱势群体,社会呈现出与社会主义所倡导的共同富裕不和谐的局面。面对我们身边的弱势群体,用社会力量——慈善与社会工作之助人自助的多元化的社会救助来帮助他们脱离困境,使他助与自助相结合,从而最大化的利用有限的扶贫救济资源,对于转型期的社会现实具有重要的意义。
Currently,China is in a period of social transition,and the market economy and correlative systems such as social security is not perfect.All of these make social resources increasingly move to the hands of a few.This leads to the gap between the rich and poor,so many people become a part of the disadvantaged social groups,and the society seems disharmonious with common prosperity proposed by socialism.Facing these people around us,the use of social forces,the charitable and social work,is of great significance for the reality of social transition,as it can help people to help themselves in a wide range of social assistance,help them out of plight and make other people aid and help,yourself combined,so as to maximally use the limited resources for poverty relief.
