摘要
二十世纪三十年代,国民党为了摧毁鄂豫皖革命根据地和消灭主力红军,在军事上发动"围剿"的同时,在经济上实行封锁。针对敌人疯狂的军事进攻和经济封锁,鄂豫皖苏区针对当时战争的特点,制定了正确的政策,从而保障了反"围剿"战争的军费、军事装备、军粮和兵源的供给。
In order to eliminate the main force of the Red Army and destroy the revolutionary base area,Kuomintang lauched five encircling and suppressing wars and blanked the economy of the base area in 1930s in Eyuwan revolutionary base.Facing enemy's crazy military attack and economic blockade, Eyuwan Soviet Area directed against the characteristic of the war at that time and constituted right policy, so they secured the military spending?the military equipment?the supply of army provisions and manpower resource in the wars of anti-encircling and suppressing .
