在数字图书馆蓬勃发展的今天,数字图书馆建设的标准化、规范化问题日益提上日程。在这种情况下,本文总结和介绍了国外数字图书馆评价的发展背景、所做尝试以及需要继续探讨的问题,希望对我国数字图书馆的建设与研究有所启发。
With the rapid development of digital libraries nowadays, the problem of dl standardization is being put on the agenda. The article summarizes and lays out the background of, the efforts made and the problems existing in judging digital library development overseas, which may be helpful to the construction and research of digital libraries in the country.
