中国劳资关系模式的选择——基于西方国家的经验 被引量:1

摘要 劳资关系是市场经济的基础性体制关系,是我国社会生活中的一种重要关系。目前我国的劳资关系总体是稳定的,但劳资双方的矛盾和纠纷也不断发生并日趋尖锐和复杂。在我国构建和谐社会的关键时期,劳动领域就应该构建和谐的劳资关系。通过对比分析和总结西方国家在处理劳资关系过程中比较成功的经验,并结合我国劳资关系的现状,认为应该从我国经济发展的实际出发,探索出一条适合我国国情的劳资关系治理模式。 Labor and capital relation is the foundation of the system of the market economy which is an important relationship in our social life.At present,China’s labor and capital relation is stable overall,but the contradictions and disputes between employers and employees are also the ongoing and increasingly sharp and complex.In the critical period of building a harmonious society in China,we should build harmonious labor and capital relation in the labor field. The paper studies and summarizes the Western countries of more successful experience in the course of dealing with relation between labor and capital,and combined with the current situation and problems in the labor field of China,so we should proceed from the reality to study labor relations in China,to explore a suitable governmental model of labor and capital relation.
