此个案重点介绍了深圳华为技术有限公司 ,这家在中国极具代表性的民营企业 ,在高速成长的过程中 ,在研究开发、市场营销方面的决策 ,及其构建的企业文化的特点。分析与探讨了其与国际市场接轨时面临的机遇与挑战 ,和中国民营企业可以从华为的成长中借鉴的经验。
This case mainly introduces three parts of Shenzhen Huawei Technology Co.Ltd., which is a typical private enterprise developing at a top speed. The three parts are the decisions on research and development, the decisions on marketing, and the features of enterprise culture. The case analyses the chances and challenges that Huawei may encounter when it connects with international market, and the experiences that other Chinese private enterprises can use for reference from the way Huawei has grown.
