摘要
本文研究1972年1月至1986年12月收治的原发性卵巢恶性肿瘤259例,根据临床分期、残余瘤灶、组织类型及细胞分级4项决定预后的主要因素,制订出卵巢恶性肿瘤评分化疗系统,并初步应用于临床。回顾性验证及前瞻性研究结果提示,卵巢恶性肿瘤评分化疗有一定的临床意义。
We have analyzed the data of 259 patients with primary malignant ovarian tumor in our hospital from Jan. 1972 to Dec. 1986. According to the clinical stage, residual tumors,histologic type and the grade of tumor cells, the scoring system for chemotherapy has been drawn up and applied clinically. The results of retrospective verification and prospective study suggested that this method is of certain significance.
