摘要
通过琼脂模拟扩散与土壤扩散试验以及利用盆栽玉米试验验证了一种新型肥料——酸性根际肥对石灰性土壤 p H值的降低和对土壤铁的活化作用。结果表明 ,肥料中的酸在琼脂中的扩散速率与时间成直线关系 ,而在土壤中的扩散能使施肥区微域 (肥料颗粒周围 2 cm左右 )土壤 p H值在一个月(2 8天 )内下降 0 .6 0 - 1.82个单位 ,有效铁 (DTPA*浸提 )含量增加 5 8% - 10 6 % ,这对石灰性土壤意义重大。但是 ,在试验期间 ,随着时间的延长 ,酸性根际肥对该微域土壤 p H值的降低作用是减弱的 ,而土壤铁 (DTPA浸提 )有效性则是随时间的增加而增加的。盆栽玉米试验中 ,在 4 8天的生长时间内 ,酸性根际肥降低了施肥区土壤 p H值 ,提高了施肥区土壤有效铁含量 。
Three experiments(acid diffuseness in agar and calcareous soil, potted maize) were done to validate the effect of acidic rhizosphere fertilizer on the soil pH and Fe availability of calcareous soil. The results indicated that the acid diffuseness rate of fertilizer in agar had a good linear regression to time. In four weeks time, the acid diffuseness of fertilizer in soil made the pH reduce 0.6-1.8 unit of small area about 2cm surrounded fertilizer. The availability of Fe (DTPA extracted) increased 58%-106%,these were important to calcareous soil. The pH of this small area didn't decrease with time, the availability of Fe (DTPA extracted) increased with time. In potted maize experiment, the acidic rhizosphere fertilizer decreased soil pH of fertilization area, increased the availability of Fe, and increased the biomass of maize in 48 days.
