干旱胁迫下杏叶片膜脂脂肪酸组分和乙烯释放及 LOX活性的变化 被引量:20

摘要 自然干旱条件下 ,杏叶片相对含水量和脂肪酸不饱和指数 (IUFA)随干旱时间的延长而逐渐下降 ,细胞质膜透性增大 ,乙烯释放率和脂氧合酶 (L OX)活性均表现出“先上升后下降”的趋势 .恢复灌水后这些指标有不同程度的恢复 .抗旱性强的品种“冰佳娜丽”在干旱条件下能维持较高的叶片相对含水量 ,较低的细胞质膜透性、乙烯释放率及 L The seedlings of apricot ( Armeniaca Vulgaris Lam.) cv. Bingjianali and Dayakeximixi (drought resistant), and Hongyuxing (drought sensitive) were subjected to drought stress in pots under natural conditions for 13 days. The effects of drought stress on the relative water content (RWC), fatty acid composition of membrane lipid, ethylene release rate and lipoxygenase (LOX) activity were studied. With the stress continuing, RWC and index of unsaturated fatty acid (IUFA) decreased, contrary to the increase of the membrane permeability. The ethylene release rate and LOX activity increased at first, then decreased. These targets trend to recovere to different extents after rewatering for 3 days. The drought resistant cultivar of 'Bingjianali' and 'Dayakeximixi' showed higher RWC, but lower membrane permeability and ethylene ralease rate and LOX activity than the drought sensitive 'Hongyuxing' apricot.
