摘要
仲裁对效率有着特殊的要求。我国现行仲裁法律制度较好地体现了仲裁的效率价值,但在某些制度的设计中,仍存在缺陷,限制了仲裁效率的进一步提高。本文即对此进行了分析并提出了完善之策。
Efficiency is one of special requirements of Arbitration. This is better reflected on arbitral legal system in China, but also it is not deny that many defects still exist in regulating system, and become the barrier for improving the efficiency. Aim to this point, this paper will put out some related analysis and effect suggestions.
