摘要
基于连续不断的能源危机和自然环境的恶化,借鉴国内外“生态建筑”设计方面的实践经验,认为中国可持续发展的住区建设的关键是:注重结合自然和人文传统、在保护环境与合理利用的前提下,确保基本功能、提高经济效益,塑造更具个性的住区形象及利用高技术来实施节能。
The author thinks that the key points for the sustainable development of the residentialquarters in China should pay attention to the combination of the nature and cultural traditionand ensure the essential functions, increase the economical benefits, build featured residentialquarters, realize energy saving with the help of high-tech on the basis of environment protectionand reasonable utilization.
